1. Equipment management: Operators should be diligent and meticulous: manage, use, and maintain the equipment well. To be able to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions.

2. Daily and regular maintenance are the responsibility of the manager.

3. Before daily operation, it is necessary to inspect the equipment parts, lubricate and eliminate any abnormal situations in a timely manner. Before formal operation every day, a trial run should be conducted at least twice, and only after it is normal can business begin.

4. Regular maintenance usually lasts for three months. Wipe and replace the appearance and core parts of the equipment every six months, adjust the gaps appropriately, replace vulnerable parts, and check whether the main load-bearing parts and welds are normal.

5. The venue should be kept clean. If there are stains on the outside of the device, you can use soft cotton yarn with a little detergent to clean it, and then apply car polish wax to wipe it clean.

6. During maintenance, the following preventive measures should be taken:

a、 During equipment maintenance, the management operator should remove the key from the control console.

b、 Press the emergency stop button on the control panel.

c、 Turn off the work switch or main switch and lock it.

d、 Place a sign on the control panel to indicate that equipment maintenance is in progress.

e、 Close the entrance/exit to prevent unauthorized personnel or other visitors from entering the device.

f、 Pay attention to wearing goggles and a safety helmet.

g、 When working at heights, be sure to wear safety belts.

h、 During inspection and maintenance, the necessary fasteners, pins, split pins, etc. should be securely fastened.
