The safety inspection of amusement equipment before operation is as follows:

(1) Are the seat belts, safety bars, and handles secure and reliable, and are there any damages

(2) Is the cabin door switch flexible and securely closed, and is the safety device functioning

(3) Are there any obvious deformations, cracks, or other abnormal conditions in the key positions of the pin shaft and weld seam

(4) Are there any looseness or detachment of anti loosening fasteners such as bolt clamps

(5) Is there any malfunction of the limit switch

(6) Are all lubrication points well lubricated

(7) Are there any broken or exposed wires

(8) Is the grounding electrode connected properly

(9) Is the braking device working

(10) Is the safety device of the hydraulic system intact and is there any leakage in the system

(11) According to the actual operating conditions, run the vehicle without load for more than two times, and confirm that everything is running normally before it can be officially put into operation
