Firstly, since the skeleton of the spherical screen is a 30 * 30 * 2 galvanized square tube skeleton and the screen is made of microporous aluminum plate, the connection between the spherical screen skeleton and the newly built wall steel structure ring beam requires welding 50 steel bolts on the steel ring beam to connect with the screen skeleton. In this process, a total station can be used for measurement and laying out. 50 connection points can be determined on the upper part of a structural steel ring beam (with a diameter of 16 meters) tilted 20 ° inside the dome theater, with an interval of 7.2 ° between each connection point. 50 steel bolts are welded to the connection points to fix the dome screen.

Secondly, in the installation process of screens and equipment, it is required that the indoor temperature be controlled above 10 ℃, the humidity not exceed 70%, and there should be no dust indoors to avoid deformation of the screen and keel due to the influence of temperature and humidity. To meet the installation conditions of indoor equipment, the entire construction site needs to be cleaned and vacuumed after the completion of the keel project and before the installation of the ball curtain equipment. Then a super platform is erected in the audience hall, and the scaffolding used must be rust removed, dusted, and painted. The wooden boards and beams on the platform are laid with new materials to ensure that no dust is generated during use.

The installation of the keel is carried out by installing 12 arc-shaped vertical keels at a 145 ° angle of the circular steel ring beam, and fixing the circular components at the top of the spherical structure. The circular components are the key to connecting and positioning the entire dome keel. Then install other curved vertical keels and horizontal bracing keels in sequence. During the installation of keels, the screws must not be tightened. After all keels are completed, they should be measured and adjusted before tightening.

After the installation of the entire dome frame is completed, the screen installation is carried out. The screen is made of spherical microporous aluminum plate, and there are requirements for direction and sequence during installation. During the installation process, construction personnel must use clean white gloves for handling and keep their clothing clean to avoid contaminating the screen.
